In light of the roadshow of the Port of Antwerp this June, APEC has reinforced existing ties and formed new relations with various port cities in China.
When visiting Dalian Port Corporation, Chairman of the POA and Alderman of Ports Mr. Marc Van Peel, has granted the awards for the top 4 dissertations in a logistics and maritime topic. (pic1)
During a meeting with APEC, the new chairman of DPC discussed the importance of continuing the long lasting history between our two ports, emphasising on the training programs for DPC, that were conducted by APEC in the past several years.
APEC has aslo met with Jiangsu Porvincial Port Group. This new holding combines 8 ports in the Jiangsu Province and was only established in May of this year. APEC was very honoured to be the first international delegation to be received by the group. (pic 2)
