Why this course?

Health, Safety & Security is an ever-present priority for port managers and port operators. The health and safety of people working in ports is an essential part of operational excellence and sustainable growth for a port authority or company. Therefore, it is crucial to have a well-thought health & safety programma at hand, that finds support throughout the whole organisation. The port authority and port companies each have their role in matters of port security. Both must take up their responsibility in creating a safe and secure port environment.

Practical details

The agenda of the course will be communicated before the start. Over the 4 online weeks, there will be 60 study hours in a combination of readings, recorded content and live sessions. The live sessions will be planned to best suit the availability of the participants as they are an essential part of the learning experience. The sessions offer a unique opportunity to interact with our experts and your co-participants. They serve as a moment of review and discussion of your progress and assignments.
The week in Antwerp will mostly consist of company visits to offer real life experiences and networking opportunities.

Registration fee:
The registration fee includes all course material, personal coaching from our experts during the entire duration of the course and a certificate of completion.
For Antwerp it includes hotel accommodation (7d/6n), local transport, all meals during course days & insurance.
Visa costs, international travel & airport transfers are not included.
