Why this course?

The outcome of this program is to enable decision makers of port authorities and governments to develop a clear strategy and successfully implement a port governance model that will optimize the revenue flows and implement a sustainable growth model. Participants will discover all aspects related to a Masterplan as a strategical, technical, commercial and communication tool while obtaining the skills to review an existing masterplan.

Practical details

The agenda of the course will be communicated before the start. Over the 2 weeks in Antwerp, participants will experience a true immersive experience in our port community. They will get the chance to network with their international peers and with the companies represented. Visits will include not only the Antwerp Community, but also Zeebrugge and Gent.

Registration fee:
The registration fee includes all course material, personal coaching from our experts during the entire duration of the course and a certificate of completion.
For their stay in Antwerp it includes hotel accommodation (7d/6n), local transport, all meals during course days & insurance.
Visa costs, international travel & airport transfers are not included.
