The registration fee for a port course in 2020 is €4.000
The registration fee covers the tuition, documentation, local transport during the seminar, breakfast, lunch and dinner during the week, accommodation at the 4 star hotel (14d/13n) and insurance.
International transport, airport transport, visa costs, extra meals and nights at the hotel are not included.
Scholarship can be obtained to cover the registration fee. See our FAQ page for more info.

How to register for a Port course:
To register, please complete the online registration form.
You will receive an automated message after the registration form has been sent successfully. It will be processed by APEC, upon which you will be contacted personally within 5 to 8 days.
Please take into account the visa procedures of your country (which for some countries can take up to 6 weeks) when registering. Certain documents that you need for your visa application (such as invitation letter, hotel confirmation, …) will be provided to you after your registration has been finalised and the payment has been completed. If you have applied for a scholarship, the necessary documents will be provided to you after the selection process has been finalised.
