Why this course?
Many global forces and disruptive trends impact the global supply chain and the port industry. To tackle these challenges, ports need to develop a strategy towards resilience and sustainable growth, focusin on the supply chain’s main factors.
The course provides insight intro the drastic transformation of global supply chains and its impact on the port environment. The programma will focus on the three main aspects of the supply chain: foreland connectivity, port efficiency and hinterland connections. This way every aspect of the supply chain is addressed, each with its associated challenges.

Management facing strategic challenges of complete supply chain development, in or around a port.
The agenda of the course will be communicated before the start. Over the 2 weeks in Antwerp, participants will experience a true immersive experience in our port community. They will get the chance to network with their international peers and with the companies represented. Visits will include not only the Antwerp Community, but also Zeebrugge and Gent.
